When an external force causes brain dysfunction, we say its a traumatic brain injury. It usually results from a violent blow or jolt to the head or body.

Trauma is a very severe shock or very upsetting experience which can cause psychological damage.

Poisoning is injury or death due to swallowing, inhaling, touching or injecting various drugs, chemicals, toxic substances, venoms or gases.
