Dr Ramagonalla Srujan Goud has administered more than 10,000 anaesthetics and performed over 3,000 invasive procedures across 11 years, including six as a critical care physician. He anaesthetises across subspecialties - cardiac, neurosurgical, paediatric and obstetric, each with its own risk profile - and works extensively with ultrasound-guided regional blocks, which place anaesthetic precisely around a nerve under direct vision and reduce the need for general anaesthesia. His interests are perioperative medicine and patient safety, and he has published three papers in international journals. He holds a DNB in Anaesthesia, is a member of the Indian Society of Anaesthesiologists, and practises at Kompally.
