Dr Gayatri Padiraju's work divides between reconstruction and aesthetics. On the reconstructive side she rebuilds tissue lost to cancer resection, burns and trauma - flap surgery, skin grafting, burn contracture release, and hand and limb reconstruction - and her published work examines the latissimus dorsi flap for closing defects after cancer surgery. On the aesthetic side she performs rhinoplasty, liposuction, abdominoplasty and scar revision. She trained at Kurnool Medical College, took her DNB in General Surgery at Yashoda Hospital, Secunderabad, and her MCh in Plastic Surgery at Osmania University, Hyderabad, and has 16 years of experience. She operates across Begumpet, Lal Bungalow and Leela Nagar.
