Dr Rajashekar

Dr Rajashekar trained at Bangalore Medical College, served as a Junior Resident at AIIMS, took his MS in Orthopaedics from RGUHS in 2019 and a Fellowship in Joint Replacement in 2020. He performs total hip and knee replacement and bipolar hemiarthroplasty, alongside knee arthroscopy and ligament reconstruction for sports injuries. A significant part of his work is complex and neglected trauma: internal and external fixation for fracture stabilisation, and the non-union and malunion cases where a fracture has failed to heal correctly the first time. He has presented research at national conferences, including work on synovial chondromatosis of the knee and on chronic neglected tendo-achilles tears. He practises at Sangareddy.
