Dr Srinivasa Karthik Appa

Alongside his surgical practice at Sangareddy, Dr Srinivasa Karthik Appa is a Professor in the Department of General Surgery, teaching the operative techniques he uses. He holds a Fellowship of the Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endo Surgeons and a further fellowship in laparoscopy and endoscopy, and works mainly through minimally invasive access - gastrointestinal surgery, hernia repair, appendectomy and intestinal obstruction - with a significant emergency caseload where the decision to operate has to be made quickly. He has 14 years of combined clinical and academic experience and is a member of the Association of Surgeons of India.
