Dr Haritha Gelli practises non-invasive cardiology: diagnosis, risk assessment and long-term medical management rather than catheter procedures. Since 2013 she has worked across coronary artery disease, hypertension, heart failure, arrhythmias, valvular disease, cardiomyopathy and pulmonary hypertension, with particular emphasis on preventive cardiology and lipid disorders - identifying the patient whose numbers predict an event years ahead, and changing that trajectory. She holds an FICC in Clinical Cardiology, and her research interest is gestational diabetes mellitus. She consults at Begumpet in English, Hindi and Telugu.
